Cancellation Policy        

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fees Based on Notice Provided:

7 Days or More Notice
If you provide at least 7 days’ notice, there is no cancellation fee.

​

Less Than 7 Days Notice
For cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your original deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, a $150.00 "No Show Fee" will be charged, in addition to the $50.00 cancellation fee.

Reservation Abandonment
If a service is abandoned due to the following reasons, a $150.00 "No Show Fee" will apply, along with the $50.00 cancellation fee:

1. The customer is not at the designated location or is unprepared for services.

2. The technicians cannot reach the customer using the provided contact information or receive no response to attempts to contact.

3. There are no materials available for the technicians to proceed with the service.
